Cybersecurity & Information Security

Security that protects your operation without slowing it down.

Attacks on network perimeters, identities and endpoints don't check whether your organisation is ready. We help you assess where you're exposed, close the gaps that matter most, and build the habits and monitoring that keep you that way — in plain, practical terms, not fear-based sales language.

The Problems We're Usually Called In For

Security gaps rarely announce themselves in advance.

Most engagements start with one of these situations rather than a blank slate.

No clear picture of exposure

Nobody has assessed the network, endpoints or identity systems recently enough to know where the real risk sits.

Security added after the fact

Firewalls and tools were installed piecemeal over time, without a coherent architecture behind them.

Weak identity and access control

Shared accounts, no multi-factor authentication, and directory services that haven't been reviewed in years.

Compliance or audit pressure

A regulator, auditor or client is asking questions about controls the organisation can't yet answer confidently.

Uncertainty after an incident

Something happened — or nearly did — and leadership wants an honest assessment of what's actually protected.

Endpoints outside central control

Laptops, branch devices and remote workers aren't consistently monitored or protected.

What We Cover

Security capabilities, grouped by where they apply.

Network & Perimeter Security

  • Firewall design, deployment and policy review
  • Network access control (NAC)
  • Wireless network security
  • Segmentation and traffic monitoring

Identity & Access

  • Directory and domain services
  • Multi-factor authentication (MFA)
  • Access policy design and review
  • Privileged account controls

Endpoint Protection

  • Centralised endpoint protection and management
  • Patch and configuration policy
  • Device visibility across branches and remote staff

Assessment & Testing

  • Security posture and risk assessments
  • Vulnerability assessment
  • Penetration testing
  • Remediation guidance and prioritisation

Compliance & Risk Readiness

  • Risk-readiness and controls review
  • Documentation to support audits and regulatory questions
  • Practical roadmaps, not just findings
Delivery Approach

How a typical engagement runs.

STEP 01

Assess

We review your network, systems, identities and existing controls to understand real exposure.

STEP 02

Design & Harden

We prioritise findings by risk and implement the controls that matter most first.

STEP 03

Validate

Vulnerability assessment and penetration testing confirm the changes hold up under real conditions.

STEP 04

Support

Ongoing monitoring and periodic review keep your posture current as threats and systems change.

Business Outcomes

What this work is actually for.

A clear, prioritised view of risk

You know where the real exposure is, instead of guessing or reacting to headlines.

Fewer, better-controlled entry points

Network, endpoint and identity controls that are consistent instead of accumulated piecemeal.

Evidence for auditors and regulators

Documentation and controls that hold up to scrutiny when a client, partner or regulator asks.

A team that knows your environment

When something needs attention, you're calling people who already understand your systems.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about our cybersecurity services.

Can you guarantee our systems will be fully secure?
No responsible provider can guarantee absolute security. Our goal is to reduce risk to a level appropriate for your organisation, prioritise the controls that matter most, and build the monitoring and response capability to catch problems early.
Do you only work with organisations that have had an incident?
No — most of our security engagements are proactive: an assessment, an identity and access review, or preparation ahead of an audit. Waiting for an incident is the most expensive way to start.
What does a penetration test actually involve?
We agree scope and rules of engagement with you first, then attempt to identify and responsibly exploit weaknesses in the agreed systems, exactly as a real attacker might. You receive a findings report ranked by risk, with practical remediation guidance — not just a list of alerts.
Are you certified or authorised by specific security vendors?
Where we hold current, verifiable vendor certifications or partner status, we'll state them specifically on our Technology Partners page. We don't claim certifications we can't verify, and we'd rather under-claim than overstate our credentials.
How does security work relate to your Managed IT Support service?
A security assessment and hardening project is usually a fixed-scope engagement. Managed IT Support is the ongoing relationship that keeps monitoring, patching and configuration current afterwards — many clients move from one into the other.
